Summer vacations 2024

Also, studying in such heat becomes very difficult. That is why the education ministry announces summer vacations each year. These vacations are a chance for students to rest while giving them the time to work on skills and other activities that are helpful for their development as human beings in society.

Summer vacations start on 1 June 2024 and end on 14 August 2024. This is how the pattern has been in Pakistan. The education ministry will give details and confirm the news later.

Winter vacations 2024

Just like summer vacations, winter vacations are also very important. They may not be as long as the summer vacations, but the intensity of winters in certain months suggests that the Education ministry announce these holidays. Usually, they are not more than a month long.

The ministry announces these vacations when the fog situation worsens. Also, these holidays are shorter in southern Punjab and a bit longer in North Punjab. For example, this year, winter vacations will start from 3 to 13 January 2025 in the South and from 26 December 2024 to 13 January 2025 in the North. The dates will most probably be similar for winter vacations in 2024.
