HEC announces HAT 2023
HEC has announced the latest dates for HAT. The Higher Aptitude Test, or HAT, is a test you must take to get scholarships offered by HEC or to gain admission to post-graduate programs. - The applicant must have applied to the university. Or, in the case of a scholarship, the candidate must have applied for it on the HEC portal.
- If you wish to apply for scholarships via HEC in the future, you can take this test.
- Those students who fulfill the criteria and wish to apply for postgraduate education in Pakistani universities can apply for this test.

How to apply for HAT?
Let’s talk about how you can apply for HAT.
- The candidate has to log into the ETC portal
- Now, you have to create a profile if you didn’t have any from the start
- After this, the applicant has to click on HAT on the dashboard
- Once you click there, submit all the required information.
- This information will be about your educational background and your personal information.
- Submit this application and get your unique reference number for e-payment
- You can pay the 2000 PKR fee via your bank by making a 1link payment.
- Once you have made this payment, return it to the ETC portal and verify it.
- After HEC has verified your payment, you will get an email notification about the roll number slip and test center.
