University of Management and Technology, Lahore (UMT), has become Pakistan’s number one private sector university. According to THE Young Rankings, UMT has ranked among the top 150 universities in the world. This is good news for the education sector in Pakistan, especially the private sector. UMT scored 99.9 for research, making it one of the best universities for research in Pakistan. This is phenomenal coming from the private sector.
