National Top Talent HEC Scholarships Program – 75 Scholarships for Pakistani Students

Education plays a key role in the development of society. The thinkers and technocrats provide their expertise in various fields of life, and as a result, the community prospers. Hence, on the 75th independence day of Pakistan, the PM announced 75 different scholarships for the top talent in Pakistan. Among these scholarships, 40 are for Ph.D. candidates, and 35 are for MS programs. The last date to apply is 21 March 2023

According to QS or THE rankings, students can select from 25 top-ranked universities worldwide. And they can study in selected disciplines. So, ensure you read about those disciplines and universities in this article.

Am I eligible for National Top Talent Scholarship Program?

You should satisfy the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:

• You should be a Pakistani or a native of Azad Kashmir
• Candidate should secure admission to the top 25 universities
• The candidate should have completed a BS degree or equivalent 16 years of education for the MS scholarship
• You should have completed your M.Phil or equivalent to 18 years in the selected subject.
• The candidate should have secured 3.0/4.0 or 3.75/5.0, or First division in the latest degree.
• Across the educational life before the last graduation, there should be maxed one-second division
• The candidate should not be more than 35 or 40 years old if the candidate is a public or private university teacher (they also need NOC from their employer).
• Applicant should not be getting any other financial scholarship.

How can I apply for this scholarship?

You can follow these simple instructions to apply.

1. The candidate has to go on  HEC Scholarship E-Portal and apply there
2. After successful registration, you have to make your profile
3. Once that is done, then the applicant has to submit their application
4. Then, pay a challan of 700 PKR to the bank account mentioned in the advertisement

Congratulations, you have applied. But do not send the printed copy as only the 75 selected candidates will be asked for their printed copy and the documents
